On Sunday, K and I attended our friends' wedding, which was held Nathania Springs Receptions in beautiful Monbulk. We already knew Nathania Springs was lovely as we had been to a wedding the year before at that very same venue. Although the weather wasn't favorable, it held out until the end of the night before it started to rain heavily.
The ceremony was quite unique, as they had a 'sand ceremony', meaning after they had taken their vows they poured different colors sands into a jar to symbolize their commitment to each other. I thought it was an interesting touch, but probably not something I would have at my own wedding, although it was poignant.
The Bride worn a princess dress, with a diamond waist sash and a very warm white fur shrug. Perfect for the cold weather, and the Bridesmaids wore navy blue gowns. The Grooms also looked very handsome in their black suits and white ties!
Check out the amazing photos that were taken on the night :-)
Congratulations guys!
